Do I need Klaviyo?
Yes. Your emails land as drafts in your own Klaviyo account. We build for brands on Shopify and Klaviyo.
Who sends the emails?
You do. Every email lands in your Klaviyo as a draft. We never schedule or send. You approve each one and press send.
What if I do not like an email?
Ask for changes. 2 change rounds are included each month, and changes come back within 2 working days. A third round uses half an email credit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The minimum term is 3 months. After that, give 30 days’ notice.
Do you write health claims?
No. Every email gets a claims check, and a person reviews it. We add the legal lines your industry needs, like the FDA line for US supplement stores.
How fast?
Entry and Growth: 5 working days from the day you approve the plan. Premium: 2 working days. Need it sooner? Rush is $100.
What about SMS?
Premium includes SMS copy. Entry and Growth are email only.
Do unused emails roll over?
No. Each month has its own emails. If you need more, an extra email is $150.
